Depending on experience and qualifications, you can earn $60,000 - $100,000/year! You're eligible for bonuses in addition to our excellent benefits package that includes:

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

THE SCHEDULE:

You usually work from Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

YOUR ROLE:

You're a vital part of our auto shop's success, elevating the customer experience by facilitating open communication and contributing to efficient workdays. Providing great customer service, you manage phone calls and emails, schedule auto repair and maintenance appointments, and generate accurate estimates for the projected work.

You speak with customers about their vehicle needs and explain why they should book a service appointment with us. Highly organized, you maintain our job calendar and stay on top of our parts inventory. You communicate with technicians and update customers on their vehicle's progress, making every day at our shop successful and efficient!

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Automotive knowledge and ability to explain diagnostics, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to customers

Working knowledge of computers and ability to learn software such as ALLDATA or Identifix

Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record

Exceptional communication, customer service, and sales skills

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Positive and professional attitude
