We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. As an integral part of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.

Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively and promptly.

Document customer interactions and update records in the system accurately.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and complaints in a timely manner.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent listening skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
