What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for all marketing efforts across the company, working closely with multiple departments to maintain a strong brand presence and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms

Create and publish engaging content and postings

Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility

Photograph current inventory and manage online inventory listings

Remove sold inventory from digital platforms

Stay current on marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

Collaborate with various departments to design monthly promotional flyers

Prepare and distribute marketing materials, cards, and promotional items for current and potential customers

Provide general administrative support as needed

What You Need to Succeed

Recent graduate (within the past 2 years) with a degree in Marketing and internship experience preferred

Alternatively, 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience will be considered

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is ideal

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and intermediate skills in Excel

Experience with Adobe Suite ideal, but not necessary

Self-motivated, creative, and driven with a strong work ethic

Ability to generate and execute fresh marketing ideas

Excellent follow-through and attention to detail

Strong organizational and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required

Career-focused with a desire to take full ownership of the role
