A fast-paced and customer-focused automotive dealership is looking for a motivated and personable Service BDC Agent to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our Service Business Development Center, connecting customers to our service team and helping drive exceptional experiences from the first call to final appointment.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound service calls to schedule maintenance and repair appointments

Confirm service appointments and follow up with no-shows and declined services

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the system

Support service marketing campaigns and recall outreach as needed

Work closely with service advisors, techs, and management to coordinate workflow

Provide a warm, professional, and helpful first impression to every customer

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service environment (automotive preferred)

Strong communication skills — confident, courteous, and customer-first attitude

Highly organized with attention to detail and time management

Comfortable using scheduling tools, CRMs, or DMS software (CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus)

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative service team

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of the position are Light to Medium Work.

Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.

Constant: Standing, walking, talking, hearing, and typing.

Frequent – Repetitive motion.

Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting (~15-20 lbs.)

Physical Working Conditions

This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to: temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
