## Overview

Voice Up Publishing Inc. offers a transformative **Faith-Based Leadership Internship** for students and emerging professionals called to develop others' relationship with God the Father. This flexible 3-6 month program (15-20 hours/week) lets you grow in ministry leadership while balancing other commitments.

Learn to guide authentic spiritual conversations and community engagement while discovering how God has uniquely equipped you to help others develop a closer walk with Him through grassroots outreach and discipleship initiatives.

## What You'll Do

- **Facilitate spiritual conversations** that help people discover God's purpose for their lives

- **Lead discipleship initiatives** both online globally and in local faith communities

- **Create faith-based content** sharing testimonies and spiritual growth stories

- **Support ministry events** including prayer gatherings, Bible studies, and outreach activities

- **Research faith-based community engagement** and effective discipleship practices

- **Develop cross-cultural ministry skills** while respecting diverse expressions of faith in Christ
