Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and client-centric Client Service Coordinator to support our financial advisory team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing appointments, handling client service requests, and executing transactions with precision. It is essential to have a high degree of integrity, honesty, commitment and trust. The financial health, image, and goodwill of the company are highly influenced by the person holding this position. Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate client appointments.

Facilitate new client onboarding and intake processes.

Assist clients with online account setup, secure email access, and troubleshooting.

Proactively manage and resolve client service requests.

Liaise with the corporate office to address and resolve account errors.

Provide clients with readily available information related to their accounts.

Maintain and update the client management system.

Support practice marketing efforts, including managing Social Media activities.

Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Execute trades and process financial transactions as directed by the advisor.

Utilize and understand specialized financial tools and internal processes.

Plan and prioritize work using calendars, task management systems, and workflow tools.

Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Financial Advisor(s).

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in financial services, client support, or administrative roles is preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Client Management software.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Understanding financial terminology and regulatory guidelines is a plus.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $22 - $25 per hour (based on experience).
