Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking For

As a Flexo Press Operator, you'll lead our production process, ensuring top-quality output on cutting-edge equipment. You'll operate and maintain our new 10-color, 13" Mark Andy E5 flexographic press, delivering consistent, high-end results. This role demands a disciplined, detail-focused, hands-on approach and a commitment to precision.

From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process

Review job tickets and printing specifications at the start of shift

Monitor print runs for consistency and quality, checking for defects

Troubleshoot and correct press malfunctions or printing issues

Perform press checks and make color, registration, and tension adjustments

Clean and maintain press equipment, anilox rolls, and work area

Record production data, downtime, and material usage

The Fine Print: What you need to Succeed

High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Must meet and/or pass the minimum requirement on a mechanical test or demonstrate mechanical aptitude through prior work experience

Must be able to maintain good attendance and be willing to work overtime as needed

Must showcase mechanical proficiency either through a mechanical test or previous experience

Strong attendance records and the flexibility to work overtime when necessary
