Are you a skilled MIG Welder who thrives in a fast-paced, custom fabrication setting? We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented welders to join our team in a contract manufacturing, high mix/low volume environment where no two jobs are the same and craftsmanship is key.

What You’ll Do:

Perform MIG welding on a wide variety of custom metal parts

Work from blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers to meet specifications

Set up, tack, and finish welds with a focus on quality and consistency

Collaborate with the team to solve fitment or welding challenges on custom jobs

Use grinders, clamps, and fixtures to ensure precision and cleanliness

Conduct self-inspection and ensure work meets quality standards

Maintain a proficient pace while ensuring safe and accurate welds

Show up every day ready to learn, work hard, and contribute

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with MIG welding in a job shop or contract manufacturing setting

Strong understanding of welding symbols and blueprint reading

Ability to work on a variety of parts, materials, and thicknesses

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Experience with grinding, fitting, and fabrication tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

A solid track record of reliable attendance

A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous welding experience in a production environment.

Possess your own weld helmet.

Understanding of metals, basic fabrication processes, welding robots, and welding & grinding equipment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Able to use measurement tools & equipment

Willing to work overtime as necessary

Certified Welding Technician is a plus!
