The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse inventory and staff. This position will specifically be responsible for team members that cover warehouse organization, job picking/staging, material handling from dock to warehouse locations, and outside process job transactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting Inventory Control & Logistics Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
Scheduling and overseeing warehouse staff.
Conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Maintaining accurate inventory locations for new inventory as it is delivered; inspecting and storing it according to policy.
Conducting physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciling any differences.
Prioritizing daily work for the team based on production needs.
Resolving inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Replenishing stock and inventory as needed.
Ensuring that all stock is stored in the correct location in the warehouse.
Scheduling material being picked for internal and external processes.
Collaborating with the Inventory Control & Logistics Manager to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
Enforcing operating instructions and safety policies.
Performing other related duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
5+ years of related experience required; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
2+ years of Propane Forklift experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency with data entry and inventory software and systems.

Work primarily takes place in an office environment with routine employee engagements on the manufacturing factory floor.
May encounter occasional stressful situations.
Work may include responding to critical customer driven situations which may result in working some weekends, holidays, and after normal business hours.

Must see in the normal visual range with or without correction.
Must hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
