Job Summary
As a Medical Laboratory Technician at Aculabs, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate laboratory testing. You will be responsible for conducting high-complexity testing under the supervision of qualified personnel, maintaining instruments and quality control protocols, and adhering to all regulatory and HIPAA compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Perform and monitor high-complexity laboratory testing under CLIA guidelines
Maintain instruments, perform scheduled preventive maintenance, and ensure proper documentation
Monitor quality control procedures to ensure test accuracy and compliance
Ensure timely processing and completion of patient testing
Report results following supervisor verification
Identify and resolve issues that may impact test performance or result reporting
Maintain accurate records for maintenance, quality control, and workload
Communicate with supervisors to report irregularities or performance deviations
Requirements/ Education (Any one of the following will be taken into account)
Must have an MLT or MT certification (Bachelor's in Microbiology/Biology is a plus)
MD, DO, DPM with current license in the State of the laboratory's location.
PhD in Clinical Laboratory Science or another medically similar science field.
MS in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical, or biological science.
BS in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical, or biological science.
AS in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow laboratory protocols
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
