Description of the role:

Regency Care of Silver Spring is seeking a dedicated Activities Aide to join our team. The Activities Aide will be responsible for organizing and leading various recreational activities for our residents.Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging activities for residents

Assist with organizing events and outings

Provide support and encouragement to residents during activities

Maintain a safe and clean environment for recreational activitiesRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
