Together, we make sure everything runs like clockwork. What You'll Be Doing:

Tackling New Challenges: Whether it's installing new machinery or fixing an old favorite, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for customers.

Preventative Maintenance: Keep machines running smoothly and prevent breakdowns before they happen (because who likes downtime?).

Precision Alignment: You’ll work hand-in-hand with our tech-savvy Metrology & Optical teams to align machinery with expert precision.

Customer Rockstar: Communication is key! You'll be in constant contact with both your teammates and customers to ensure every job is done right—safely, on time, and to perfection.

Traveling in Style: Expect a few overnight stays in the Northeast region—every week brings new places, new faces, and new projects (2–3 overnights per week, sometimes longer).

What Skills You Bring to the Table:

Mechanical Skills: You’ve worked with everything from hand tools to hydraulic jacks, and maybe even some welding or plasma cutting.

Computer Savvy: You can navigate various programs for scheduling, reporting, and timekeeping (don’t worry, we’ll teach you what you need to know).

Customer Service Experience: You know how to interact with clients in a way that builds trust and makes them feel like they’re in good hands.

Organized & Safe: You work in an organized way, always keeping things neat and following safety protocols (cleanliness is next to professionalism!).

Extra Certifications (Nice-to-Have): If you have forklift certification, a CDL, or OSHA 10/30, we’re extra excited.
