Analytica is seeking a Business Intelligence / Analytics Developer to support one or more dynamic, long-term federal government enterprise data programs for the Defense Health Agency.

Responsibilities:

Support the Military Health System (MHS) by analyzing complex datasets, developing reports, and enabling data-driven decision-making to improve healthcare quality, readiness, and operational efficiency

Create impactful data visualizations and dashboards that drive decision-making across the Military Health System (MHS). As a Data Visualization Developer, you will transform complex datasets into intuitive, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, or Power BI

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into visualization solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all visualizations.

Optimize data pipelines and workflows to support real-time reporting.

Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and visualization issues.

Provide training and documentation to stakeholders on dashboard usage and interpretation. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

5+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development.

Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView; strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R; ability to present complex data in a user-friendly format.

Must possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearancePreferred:

Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources; experience in healthcare analytics
