Job Description

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Program Analyst to build and maintain data pipelines and develop analytics solutions for the Supply Chain Management department. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Supply Chain Management department in an office environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Program Analyst will analyze operational efficiency, provide data-driven insights, and assist the Supply Chain Management Department as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain complex data pipelines using ETL processes to ensure accurate analytics and reporting across multiple supply chain systems

Apply advanced statistical methods and predictive analytics models to forecast production trends, identify anomalies, and optimize inventory levels

Design and implement automated reporting solutions using Power BI and other BI tools to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility

Lead cross-functional team collaborations with Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning departments to align data-driven strategies with business objectives

Create and present comprehensive dashboards and analytical insights to executive stakeholders, focusing on key business metrics and ROI

Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing KPIs aligned with industry standards and company objectives, ensuring real-time monitoring capabilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of KPI trends and variations using statistical process control methods to identify improvement opportunities

Evaluate and forecast production capacity needs using advanced modeling techniques, considering seasonal variations and market demands

Implement machine learning algorithms to optimize supply chain operations and predict potential bottlenecks

Design and maintain supplier performance metrics and scorecards to enhance vendor management processes

Develop cost-benefit analyses for process improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization projects

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Master's degree required in industrial engineering, data analytics, or business administration

2-4 years previous experience required

PMP certification preferred

Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Microsoft Office required
