We are looking for a 2nd shift Maintenance Helper to join our team. The hours on 2nd shift are 2:00Pm-10:00PM Monday-Friday.
**Earn up to $1,500 sign-on bonus!**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Complete scheduled work orders on time and monitor results
Communicate all problems, repairs, solutions, and recommendations to the operators and supervisors in a professional manner
Perform all necessary preventive maintenance activities and monitor all documentation
Assist operators in performing and learning their preventive maintenance activities
Discuss maintenance concerns with Maintenance Team or Manager
Back up Maintenance Technician if needed
Work as a Maintenance Team to accomplish work load
Maintain and improve technical knowledge on equipment and machinery
Trained in CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogens
Maintaining regular attendance, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule of availability are conditions of employment and essential function of this position.

Qualifications
Strong math skills (pass standard Dura-Fibre pre-placement math test)
Read and write in the English language
Strong computer skills
Be able to verbally communicate with all departments in the organization
Strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of machinery is helpful
Education and Experience Required
High School Diploma
1-3 years of mechanical experience
