About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated National Account Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will work closely with our key National accounts to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives. As a National Account Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
Experience managing national accounts and developing sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Experience in the fluid power industry with major National accounts such as Motion, Grainger and AD Industrial and Safety
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with key National accounts
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market trends
