Position Overview

As a Counter Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—welcoming guests, taking orders, running food and drinks, and keeping the space clean and inviting. This is a guest-facing role for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and values quality, speed, and service.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and upbeat attitude

Take food and beverage orders accurately using a POS system

ID guests for alcohol service and responsibly serve margaritas, beer, and other alcoholic beverages

Package and serve food with attention to presentation and accuracy

Assist with running food and drinks to tables

Maintain cleanliness of the counter, guest area, and service stations

Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs

Answer guest questions about the menu, ingredients, and allergen info

Handle transactions and process payments

Support team members and jump in wherever needed to keep service flowing

Qualifications

Must be 18+ and eligible to serve alcohol in Michigan

Prior restaurant or food service experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Punctual, dependable, and a team player

Food Handler’s Certification and Alcohol Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
