Military Instructor, Command Knowledge Management Officer

DeVine provides educational and scientific support services to government clients.

Our company is looking for a Military Instructor, Command Knowledge Management Officer (KMO) / Collaboration at Sea (CAS) Specialist, to join DeVine in a full time capacity. This position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens with Secret Clearance may be considered.

The successful Military Instructor will collaborate with our client's overall mission in training Carrier Strike Groups (CSG), Expeditionary Strike Groups (ESG) and Amphibious Ready Groups (ARG). To accomplish this training, the successful hire will provide expertise in doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures, as well as practical applications and war gaming support utilizing government furnished training systems for classrooms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

Nationally recognized certificate in Knowledge and/or Information Management preferred

Experience implementing or lecturing Strike Group or Fleet KM principles, doctrine and TTPs; or equivalent military experience

Experience serving as an organization Knowledge Management Officer (KMO), implementing command KM policies and initiatives, implementing a KM program that effectively employs current information technologies to manage knowledge creation, capture, sharing (collaboration), use and transfer to enable Command objectives

In depth, experience using and managing Collaboration At Sea (CAS) and SharePoint or equivalent applications and tools

Experience managing lessons learned to facilitate continuous product improvement

In depth experience with fleet training methodologies/requirements or equivalent military experience

Experience using Navy Mission Essential Task List methodology and observational evaluation of C5I (KM) NMETLs

Current Secret Clearance or higherAbout the position:
