Title: Bilingual Patient Appointment Coordinator Reports to: Scheduling Manager
Department: Scheduling FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process patient phone calls to schedule appointments for Mammography, Sonography, Xray, etc. utilizing Infinitt scheduling software
Effectively communicate and resolve any patient requests regarding their appointments
Request doctors’ orders and/or previous images when required
Question patients when necessary to assure the proper type of exam is scheduled
Make outbound calls to schedule patients for appointments and to confirm appointments
Troubleshoot unusual calls and transfer patient to the correct person
Use exceptional customer service skills to calm dissatisfied callers
Assist coworkers with any issues that arise
Train new employees when requested by manager
FAX, scan, and file as needed

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
One (1) year medical scheduling or call center experience
Bilingual
Knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient at Excel, TEAMS, SharePoint, Outlook
Exceptional time management skills
Exceptional conflict resolution skills
Customer service training, either on-the-job or through a certificate program
Ability to travel to other WIS sites on occasion
Ability to sit for hours at a time typing on a computer keyboard
Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds
Salary Description
16.00-18.00
