Description
Support the sales, promotion and maintenance of Cash Management and Remote Deposit Merchant Capture products to business customers. Handle incoming business customer calls and educate customers on products. Responsibilities include overseeing the facility and building needs.
Essential Functions:
Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available products and services.
Determine whether the customer has a need for the products and services the bank provides.
Prepare forms or agreements to complete sales.
Follow up on leads from loan officers and tellers.
In coordination with the marketing department, place sales ads to promote the products.
Complete implementation process for the products sold.
Setting the customer up with remote deposit at their place of business
Educate customers on how to use the products.
Provide customer service to business customers following the implementation/set up.
Assist Internet Banking/Cash Management position in the set-up of the cash management products.
Work with the tech department on any technical difficulties with the products themselves or a problem the customer may be experiencing.
Responsible for NFS report and determinations
Explain bank services and charges to customers.

Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience:
Banking experience with extensive training in the banking industry, rules and regulations
Experience using Excel, Word and Outlook software.
Time Management
Mathematics – using mathematics to solve problems.
Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.
Ability to work and solve client problems with minimal direct supervision.
Communication Skills – The ability to communicate effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3+ years of Retail Banking Experience which includes opening accounts, customer service and cash handling.
Extensive training in the banking industry, rules and regulations
Management experience preferred.
Status/Standard Schedule:
Salary position 40 +/- hours Monday through Friday and any additional hours needed for business needs.
