OBGYN for Outpatient Clinic in MS

Highland Community Hospital, a 49 bed hospital, is seeking an OBGYN to join our team of two full-time OBGYNs in a hospital-owned, outpatient clinic.

Schedule Type: Monday-Friday (4 Full Days, 1 Half Day)

Outpatient - Rural Health Clinic

Inpatient - Traditional

Call Details: 10 days required per month, additional paid call available

OBGYN on-call delivers/rounds on patients presenting via the ED, actively laboring in the L&D unit and postpartum on the L&D unit.

2 OBGYNs, 250 deliveries per year

Nursery Level 1, No NICU

State of the art, new L&D Unit

Hospital Beds: 3 LDRP rooms, 8 postpartum/couplet care/OBGYN beds, 2 Nursery Beds

Total # of Pediatrician: 2

State of the art surgery department with block time available

Average Clinic Patients per physician daily: 20
