The Opportunity
Cornerstone Brands Customer Service Specialists handle inbound customer calls. They work remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts by problem-solving. As part of Cornerstone Brands, including Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate, our specialists not only provide assistance but also drive sales and promote products effectively.

Cornerstone Services offers expertise and corporate support across the four Cornerstone Brands. These shared services include IT, digital commerce, customer care and distribution. The Cornerstone brands deliver inspirations that help customers enjoy, enhance, and celebrate life. Cornerstone comprises four interactive, aspirational home and apparel lifestyle brands: Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Grandin Road®, and Garnet Hill®. Cornerstone operates a separate ecommerce site for each brand, distributes 163 million catalogs annually, and has 22 retail and outlet stores.
You must reside in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky:
Indiana counties: Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, or Switzerland County.
Kentucky counties: Bath, Boone, Boyd, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Montgomery, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, or Rowan County.
Ohio counties: Brown, Butler, Clark, Clinton, Clermont, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Licking, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Union, or Warren County.
Your Impact
Busy day handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
Provide a distraction free work from home environment
Offer additional products on each customer interaction
Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data

What You Bring
You can problem solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
Can sit for long periods of time
Follow Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
Available to work weekends, holidays and additional hours
Compensation
Starting rate is $15.00/hour
Shift differential available when applicable
Your Training Schedule
Your employment with Cornerstone Brands begins with a six-week, paid training program that requires full attendance and involvement throughout. The training schedule and the working schedule after training will be different.
Your Work Schedule
Work a set full-time schedule
Work schedules are not Monday - Friday
5 Day work schedules
Set schedule will include one weekend day and one weekday off
Cornerstone Services customer service hours of operation are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm ET
System Requirements
Our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. While a full specification list will be provided after your interview, here are a few main items:
Self-provided Computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
Headset compatible with Cornerstone Brands specifications (Cornerstone Brands reimburses $75 for headset.)
High-speed internet connection. Satellite, broadband, wireless or dial-up services are not an option (ADD NO 5GHOME) no Wi-Fi or Starlink
Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
Webcam and able to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
