Job Description

Lead large-scale commercial and healthcare construction projects in NYC and Westchester

Manage project teams including PMs, Supers, and support staff to ensure excellence in delivery

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal leadership

Support business development efforts and evaluate project pursuits and partnerships

Partner with executive leadership to shape and grow the NYC region strategically

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with strong healthcare or institutional project background

Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects in the NYC construction market

Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and growing teams

Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term leadership or company growth roles
