Job Description

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scope to develop precise cost estimates.

Source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.

Collaborate with the project team to refine estimates and ensure alignment with budget and timelines.

Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals.

Maintain accurate records and track cost changes throughout the project lifecycle.
