The hours of work for this role are rotating weekly;
06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operative, you will:
Operate as part of a team to ensure consistent and efficient line performance
Support production by feeding and servicing the line, weighing ingredients, and packaging finished goods
Work with both fresh and frozen products, following all hygiene and quality guidelines
Carry out key tasks such as decanting, line feeding, ingredient mixing, stacking, and palletising
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Product Specifications to maintain product quality
Contribute to a safe and hygienic work environment through adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices
Support the reduction of downtime and help ensure the daily production plan is achieved
