Solid commercial experience with Java & Spring Boot

Familiarity with AWS and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes

Agile mindset with a focus on TDD and CI/CD workflows

Excellent communicator, comfortable working with clients and stakeholders

Proven ability to contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking team
