Job Description

Job Title: Production Associate

Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor the chop line to cut strands into smaller pieces.

Maintain the rack of 76 spools feeding material into the chopper.

Tie spools together for seamless transitions between active and backup spools.

Specify cut types using an HMI screen.

Monitor and remove carbon fiber buildup from eyelets and other areas of the line.

Collect and tie bags of finished product.

Learn to build backup chopper heads for the chop line.Skills & Qualifications

One year of manufacturing experience.

Knowledge of hand-tools and basic math skills.

Ability to work in extremely hot environments.

Comfortable wearing protective clothing including long sleeves, long pants, gloves, and steel-toed bootsWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.26 - $23.92/hr.
