Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Batch Mixer for our second shift, which operates from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.
Responsibilities
Cross-train in raw material pre-batching, blender operation, and blender sanitizing.
Pick and weigh raw materials.
Assemble raw materials needed for production into kits.
Load blenders with raw materials and mix according to batch instructions.
Pack the product into containers.
Clean and sanitize the blender after blending.
Maintain a clean, safe workplace and comply with site GMP and safety requirements.
Retrieve raw material kits and place them by the blender, and place finished products in storage racks.
Follow all standard operating procedures.
Follow instructions from the production coordinator and QC during pre-batching.Essential Skills
1-3 years of batch mixing experience.
Experience in manufacturing.
Sit down forklift experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the inks/coatings industry is preferred.
Attention to detail.

Work on the production floor, utilizing various machinery and equipment. The environment is fast-paced, ensuring a fulfilling and challenging work experience.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
