About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Assistants and Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of our machines and ensuring that they are running efficiently. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our products meet our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience with quality control processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation of machines and equipment
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
Skills:
As a Machine Assistant or Machine Operator, you will use your attention to detail and technical skills to ensure that our machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. You will also use your communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues will be critical in ensuring that our production runs smoothly. Additionally, your familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality control processes will help us to continuously improve our processes and products. Finally, your ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics will be essential in ensuring that our machines are set up correctly and producing the desired results.
