We’re looking for a bold, experienced, and strategic Project Executive to lead major Design-Build (DB) and EPC infrastructure projects from pursuit to punch list. Based in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical power delivery projects—on time, on budget, and with safety and quality at the forefront.

Own the project from pursuit through close-out—leading integrated DB/EPC teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.
Oversee contracts, schedules, budgets, and client relationships with a laser focus on safety, quality, and performance.
Mentor project teams, drive coordination across functions, and ensure boots-on-the-ground execution aligns with the plan.
Interface directly with clients and key stakeholders—keeping communication open and confidence high.
Champion innovation with value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvements.
Steer procurement, schedule tracking, submittals, and payment approvals across complex project scopes.
Lead final turnover, warranty tracking, and post-project analysis for continuous improvement.What You Bring
10+ years of project management experience in construction or EPC—preferably in power delivery or large infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of transmission, distribution, and substation construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Proven success managing large-scale programs—from estimating and scheduling to contract negotiation and close-out.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Tech-savvy with tools like Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Office, and JD Edwards.Why Join Us
