Data Entry Clerk part time full time

Our container storage yard in Dallas, Texas is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to work with the team. Applicants must live in Dallas Texas.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Accurately process maintenance and repair estimates in tracking system (experience with Depot Systems software is a plus) on a daily basis.

Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding job status and service needs.

Respond to phone calls and emails professionally using Outlook.

Maintain organized records of repairs, inspections, and part replacements.

Assist with clerical support tasks as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Proficient in data entry with attention to accuracy.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (required).

Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience in intermodal transportation and/or logistics is a plus.

Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Bilingual is a plus.

Experience with Depot Systems software preferred.

Familiarity with Word and Excel is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer or speaking with customers via telephone, or in person.

Must be able to lift to 25 lbs. without assistance as part of the regular duties of the position.

Must be able to periodically walk up several steps, or a flight of stairs, stand, bend, and stoop while reaching for customer files.

Demonstrated ability to stay focused in a fast paced, sometimes noisy work environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for data entry, coordinating maintenance activities by creating estimates using Depot software for customers who have damage to the chassis, container, or trailer. Provide excellent customer service support. Experience in intermodal container maintenance is a plus.
