Wireless Network Construction Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and support construction activities for multiple simultaneous wireless network infrastructure and new macro cell site build projects • Review, verify, and approve project close-out packages, construction drawings, and tenant ready documentation • Drive financial management of projects including spending oversight and purchase order coordination • Schedule and financial management through daily monitoring and vendor interface via calls and meetings • Track project progress using FUZE project management system • Support cross-functional teams to achieve overall project goals and deliverables

Wireless Network Construction Project Manager Qualifications

Required Skills: • BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics OR 5+ years of macro cell site build experience • Extensive wireless telecom industry knowledge with focus on new macro cell site builds, tower construction, civil works, and equipment deployment • Strong communication and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written abilities • Project management expertise with proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Google Workspace proficiency including advanced features like PivotTable and VLOOKUP • Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills: • Prior Telecommunication experience and familiarity with Telecommunication tools (FUZE) • Samsung RAN and macro cell site equipment knowledge • RF, Transport, and Wireless Construction expertise • 5G wireless network engineering and operations knowledge • CIQ knowledge and wireless telecom subject matter expertise • Experience with HUB, CRAN & DRAN architecture
