DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To support internal departments by moving raw materials and finished goods to set locations using RF scanners and powered industrial equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Operate a forklift to perform general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading material in and from storage racks and containers, to and from set locations, and delivering materials to designated areas in the facility
Use RF scanner to document material movement in and out of set locations to ensure inventory accuracy
Accurate loading of transport vehicles and ensure loads are evenly and securely placed
Receive shipments and verify packages according to order, invoices, or packing slips
Inspect deliveries for any visible damage
Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
Maintain accurate records
Conduct physical material inventory as needed
Notify Team Leader or management of any parts defects or documentation errors in quantity or quality of materials being received or picked out of locations
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, outside and around the building, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

REQUIRED SKILLS
Must be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Operate powered industrial trucks, counterbalances, and pallet jacks including a vertical lift at heights up to 30 feet
Be flexible and cross-train for multiple jobs within the Material Handling Department
Read and interpret production paperwork (i.e. logs, daily workload reports)
Work at docks and trailers with varied temperature ranges
Stand/walk/bend entire workday
Use an RF Scanner
Use multi-step platform ladders to safely pick orders from elevated locations
Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs.
Must have:
Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
No experience required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of powered industrial truck operation experience preferred
At least 1 year of experience using RF scanners to properly and accurately document materials or products preferred
Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
PREFERRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED preferred
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
