A busy automotive group has an immediate, direct hire need for a Payroll Administrator to join their team! The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing full cycle payroll and researching and resolving discrepancies.

Location: Houston, TX 77054 - ONSITE

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of the biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly commission payrolls for approximately 700 employees.

Review, analyze and verify payroll reports and documents for accuracy.

Employee maintenance: direct deposits, garnishments, federal and state tax set ups.

Perform account balance and payroll reconciliations

Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management.

Requirements:

3+ years of recent experience processing full cycle payroll

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of tax regulations, compensation, and benefits administration

Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
