Job Summary:

We are currently seeking Structural Assemblers for our House Assembly team! Join our growing production team. This junior-level position involves assembling wall panels and structural components using a variety of tools and techniques. Ideal candidates will have experience in basic construction, sheet metal and be comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Assemble wall panels and housing components using battery-powered drills, torque wrenches, and other hand tools

Work with sheet metal materials to complete precise and durable assemblies

Read and follow basic blueprints, schematics, or verbal instructions

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Take the initiative to learn new tasks and improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in basic construction, sheet metal work or general industrial assembly

Carpentry or house framing experience (highly transferable skills)

Sheet metal welding experience is a strong plus

Ability to lift and handle materials safely and efficiently

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Pay Range based on experience: $18-20 hr.

Core hours M-F 7 AM-3:30 PM with additional OT available
