We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Contractor to join our team in Palm Bay, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative and staff support to Program Managers within our Spectral Solutions Division, contributing to critical missile defense projects.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be a key contributor, demonstrating the highest level of personal integrity, professionalism, and work ethic. You'll be meticulous in task management and dedicated to execution excellence. Your daily responsibilities will involve a variety of administrative tasks with internal and external customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to program leadership.
Post documents to the customer portal and manage email notifications.
Coordinate and make travel arrangements, meticulously processing expense reports.
Manage multiple calendars and expertly schedule and coordinate meetings.
Serve as a professional interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
Create and maintain accurate logs, databases, and filing systems (hard or soft copy).
Perform research or data analysis tasks and generate reports as needed.
Take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, and manage mail and package distribution.
Coordinate events and support additional projects as assigned.
Prepare compelling presentations.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six years of related experience.
Must be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance and a US Citizen.
Highly proficient in the MS Office suite, including Outlook (specifically for meetings and managing multiple calendars).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing and multitasking effectively.
A professional demeanor when interacting with all customers (internal and external).
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to quality, customer focus, and strong interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and comfortable working independently or as part of a team, interacting effectively with all levels of management.
A self-starter who is a team player and maintains strict confidentiality.
Must be able to work 100% onsite in a cubicle, climate-controlled office environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Strong history of website research and Electronic Data Interfaces (EDI) and SAP experience.
A "go-getter" with critical thinking and strong prioritization skills.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
This is a 12-month contract assignment with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee.
Standard 9/80 work schedule with flexible hours from 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM.
Expectation to work more than 40 hours per week with supervisor approval.
Competitive pay rate of $30.00-$32.00 per hour with standard overtime billing.
