What Youâ ll Do
Keep our equipment and facilities clean and sanitized to meet safety and quality standards.
Use cleaning systems like CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-Out-of-Place), and verify that chemicals are being used safely and correctly.
Take apart and reassemble equipment for cleaning â youâ ll become familiar with how things work.
Perform visual checks and swab testing to ensure everything is cleaned to spec before production starts.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and comply with all food safety and OSHA regulations.
Help out with safety checks, pest control, and training other team members.
Document your work and keep records that show tasks were completed correctly.
Work in a variety of environments â cold, hot, wet, dry, and noisy â with the support of a team thatâ s got your back.
Who You Are
You have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
Youâ ve worked in sanitation, food production, or a similar environment (1+ year preferred).
Youâ re comfortable doing physical work and donâ t mind getting your hands dirty.
You understand how to follow directions, and youâ re not afraid to ask questions when somethingâ s unclear.
Youâ re organized, dependable, and take pride in doing things the right way.
You can do basic math and have solid reading and writing skills to complete forms and follow instructions.
You know how to work with cleaning chemicals safely â or are eager to learn.
You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to something bigger.
