Phaxis Education is actively seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to serve students across all grade levels in Gardner, MA for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IEPs aligned with each student’s needs and goals

Provide direct instruction in academic, behavioral, and life skills

Use data-driven strategies to track progress and adjust instruction

Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff

Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students

Qualifications

Valid Massachusetts Special Education teaching license (or eligibility to obtain)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field

Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred

Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills

Ability to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship
