Schedule: Full-Time Flexible Shifts Between 6 AM 10 PM, Mon Sun

Pay: $19/hour + Overtime Opportunities

What We re Looking For

We want motivated professionals who:

Bring 2+ years of proven experience in auto collections or related financial recovery work

Excel in meeting and exceeding collection goals and KPIs

Are results-driven, proactive, and resourceful in skip tracing and resolving delinquencies

Genuinely enjoy helping customers find solutions to get back on track

Embrace opportunities to earn additional income through overtime

Thrive in both automated (dialer-driven) and manual follow-up environments

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to collect on delinquent auto loan accounts

Use strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships

Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquencies professionally

Use skip tracing tools to locate customers when necessary

Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards

Update account notes and maintain accurate documentation

Collaborate with team members and uphold compliance and company policies

Your Success Profile

2+ years in collections, specifically in auto finance or related industry

Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively

Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

A high school diploma or GED is required

Flexible availability for an 8-hour shift between 6 AM 10 PM (including some weekends)

Willingness to work mandatory overtime, especially at month-end

Compensation & Benefits

$19/hour starting pay
