Internet Sales Consultant

Description of the role:

Richardson Motors in Dubuque, IA is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for managing online inquiries, communicating with potential guest, and helping guest with their vehicle purchase.

Responsibilities:

Respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally

Provide information to customers regarding available vehicles and promotions

Provide a personalized vehicle video to all inquiries

Nurture leads and guide potential customers through the buying process

Enhance each guest purchase experience through effective communication and negotiation

Requirements:

Prior sales experience in an automotive or retail environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as a team to meet sales goals

Thrives in a process driven environment

Professional personal appearance
