Job Description
Located in Buellton, CA USA
Duties:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Operate machines to produce parts or products
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
- Proficiency in tooling and machine setup
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations
- Programming skills to input commands into the machine's computer system
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Experience with lathe operation and CAD software is a plus
- Familiarity with machining processes and techniques
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls and programming language is preferred
- Experience using a micrometer for precise measurements
Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour; DOE
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
