Position Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated Universal Banker – Floater to join our team. This full -time customer-facing role involves traveling to various branches as needed, providing exceptional service across both teller and platform functions. This position offers the opportunity to work in different environments, enhancing your skills and experience while ensuring excellent service delivery across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Member Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting members with a friendly welcome, resolving issues, and ensuring each member feels valued.

Account Services: Open new accounts, explain our products, and recommend services to meet members' financial needs.

Loan Originations: Process loan applications, review credit reports, and assist in closing loans (auto, home equity, personal).

Product Guidance: Provide guidance on financial products that best meet the needs of members, such as loans, IRAs, and share certificates.

Teller Duties: Handle cash transactions and process member deposits/withdrawals with accuracy.

Problem Solving: Handle member inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

Team Collaboration: Contribute to Balance Score Card goals and support team objectives.

Position Specifications:

Experience:

2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with cash handling and customer service experience.

Loan origination and sales experience a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to adapt to various branch environments, with flexibility in scheduling and location.

Ability to maintain NMLS registration in compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act federal regulations.

Excellent time management skills, as the role requires balancing responsibilities between the Upper Gwynedd branch and other locations.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on providing personalized member service.

Licenses/Certifications:

NMLS registration required (or ability to acquire upon hire).

Locations:

Floater: Will travel to branches in Chalfont, Collegeville, Harleysville, Lansdale, Quakertown, West Point, as needed.
