**Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Appointment Scheduler to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments for our sales representatives and ensuring a seamless scheduling process. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. **BILINGUAL IS A PLUS**

**Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations with customers.

- Maintain and update the appointment calendar to ensure optimal scheduling.

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide information about our products.

- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules and follow up on leads.

- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.

- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.

- Provide administrative support as needed to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

- Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
