This role will play a key role in supporting and delivering Salesforce projects, working under the guidance of the product line Technical Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs. The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support: Assist in the architecture, planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and budget.

Salesforce Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce to implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients, business analysts, developers, and other teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide technical support.

Risk Identification: Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support the development of mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance: Ensure Salesforce solutions meet high standards of performance, security, and compliance.

Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications and progress reports.

Continuous Learning: Stay current with Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends, contributing to process improvements and innovation.

Client Support: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Change Control Support: Participate in product change control board activities as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, 8+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).

Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect/SME

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) preferred.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, customization, and integration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (highly desired)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Teams, and GitHub.
