Your responsibilities:

SPOC - single point of contact (telephone + email) for service-related topics in BiH(Genesys-CEC)

Development of "Dealers" service knowledge/capacities

Online service support - share service documentation, analyze of service recordings, technical hotline - with support of colleagues from Zagreb

Job side service support when needed - education of partners (procedures, tools...)

Actively follow execution of agreed service activities from start to the end, evident open issues and escalate if needed

Support Daikin partners for selection of spare parts

Development of SPN (service partner network) capacities

CQM meeting attendance - meeting where product/service-related information's are shared from Daikin factory

Attendance on regular Service Operations meetings with prepared overview of provided and planned activities

Translation of documents from English to Bosnian and via versa

Requirements:

Work experience in technical field or service environment is an advantage

Customer minded and commercial sense

Friendly and professional telephone attitude

Good planning and organizing ability

Willingness to travel

Flexibility and stress resistance

Languages: the ability to use a English language in speech and writing

Computer skills (MS Office package, Salesforce knowledge is an advantage)
