We’re hiring a Network Engineer – Surveillance & Security Systems - (CCTV/AV Focus) for design, deployment, and maintenance of critical network infrastructure that supports our IP-based security systems—including CCTV, access control, and video management systems (VMS). This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. Requirements:
Must have experience in Surveillance, Security, CCTV, A/V
Design, configure, and install surveillance network infrastructure (routers, switches, servers, and storage).
Deploy and integrate IP camera systems, access control devices, and VMS platforms (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon).
Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and low-voltage teams during installation phases.
Maintain documentation including as-builts, system configs, and network diagrams.
Support post-installation testing, client training, and system handoffs.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
Participate in site walks, technical evaluations, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications:
CCNP certification required; CCIE preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience in network design, installation, and support
Expertise in IP networking, VLANs, routing protocols, and physical infrastructure
Proficient with video surveillance systems, access control technologies, and structured cabling
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in field-based network environments
Proficient in reading technical drawings, cabling schedules, and security system layouts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in construction or data center environments

Must be local or willing to commute; travel may be required to client or project sites.
