Job Description
OVERVIEW
Cache County is looking for an HR Analyst to join our Office of Personnel Management Department. This is a full-time, benefitted position generally working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The HR Analyst wage range starts at $26.00 an hour.
Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance on the first day of employment, retirement contributions, bereavement leave, and 14 paid holidays. Full-time employees also receive 18 days of personal leave in the first year of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Analyst is responsible for assessing and analyzing safety risks and fleet needs, coordinating risk mitigation, promoting safety awareness, and managing employee programs while ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting overall human resources initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Public Administration, Risk Management or closely related field; AND 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, Risk Management or workplace safety; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
