Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical limitations and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Implement therapy interventions to facilitate recovery and promote physical well-being.

Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on continued care and exercises.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Document patient progress and outcomes per established protocols.
