Job Description
We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support on a part-time basis (20 hr/week). You’ll be responsible for responding to all questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.

Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication
Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings
Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed
Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
