We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Forest Park, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our sales department by building meaningful relationships with clients and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and sales, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Present and promote products and services effectively to attract prospective clients.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Route leads with relevant experience to the appropriate sales executives for further engagement and closure.
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets to drive department success.
• Investigate accounts, identify key stakeholders, and spark interest in company offerings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and account information.
• Stay informed about company products and services to confidently address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate departmental progress and refine sales strategies.
• Provide weekly updates to management on sales activities and achievements.• Proven experience in customer service, including answering inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in call center operations and managing email correspondence.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage order entry efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
